Schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

The anticipated pay rate for this position is as follows: $22/h

RESPONSIBILITIES

Overview: Put Away - Move cases of product from the inbound dock to storage locations in the warehouse using a standing reach truck or stock picker.

  • Properly accounting for the location of incoming goods
  • Assuring no damaged items are received
  • Comparing packing lists to company purchase orders  (PO) and ensuring that the products in each delivery match the packing list  Updating the product inventory as products are received and added to the inventory
  • Packaging products for return to vendors and filling out any paperwork necessary such as OS&D's
  • Unloading deliveries from trucks.
  • Receiving and signing for deliveries.
  •  Maintain minimum cases per hour productivity requirements and works with a sense of urgency.
  • Operate and inspect warehouse equipment to perform role (Stock Picker, Pallet Jack, etc.)
  • Resolve inventory discrepancies through research and physical counts.
  • Meets or exceeds productivity and accuracy standards.
  • Inspect products for defects or damages & report any discrepancies
  • Maintains a safe and clean warehouse.
  • Follows all safety rules.
  • Acts professionally and remains focused.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

This job comprises tasks that are generally routine and repeated during the shift.  Standing, walking for long periods, and lifting is required. This list is not meant to be all-inclusive and additional duties that can be assigned, as directed.
