What You’ll Be Doing
- Support site production and sales through safe heavy equipment operations: front end loader, dozer, excavator.
- Coordinate with on-site operators and customers to quickly and safely load trucks, receive inbound material, move stockpiles, mine quarry rock, and similar activities
- Operate and maintain crush plant and related fixed equipment.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and maintenance teams to identify opportunities and implement process improvements.
- Identify opportunities to optimize efficiency, reliability, and production performance.
- Promote and uphold safety practices, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong heavy equipment operating experience and skill; with a track record of safety.
- Capability to safely work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Technical and mechanical competency.
- Clear and professional communication skills; ability to work as part of a team and to interact with internal operators and mechanics as well as customers.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
What We Offer
- $46.12 to $46.12 per hour
