Clear communication: Attend shift turnover; ensure logs are accurate and current before handoff.
Documentation that improves equipment health: accurately open and close CMMS work orders with findings, parts used, time spent, and PM results; record equipment condition and recurring wear trends to support reliability planning.
Grow Your Career Here
Grow your skills and advance your career: this role provides a structured development path starting with strong mechanical and equipment‑care fundamentals. You’ll have opportunities to expand your capabilities through continuing education in mechatronics, hands‑on learning with senior technicians, and formal NFPA 70E electrical safety training as you build confidence with electrical concepts.
As you develop, you can progress into a fully qualified Response Technician role and, with proven leadership and technical depth, may advance toward Shift Lead and other leadership opportunities within the organization.
Mentorship & pathing: collaborate with Maintenance Shift Leads and Manufacturing Engineering; grow from technician to lead/subject‑matter expert as you demonstrate results.
