Summary
As an Equipment Engineer, you will provide expert technical assistance and support to the Food & Beverage Group, specifically in the areas of chemical handling, dilution, and safety. You will oversee all aspects of equipment and engineering-related issues for the Food Group.
Responsibilities
You will oversee start-up and commissioning activities for equipment installations, whether completed by internal employees or external installation partners.
You will monitor project performance against established goals and initiate corrective actions when performance is below expectations or issues arise.
You will ensure all documentation, including spare parts lists, drawings, and other technical documents, comply with contractual agreements, customer expectations, internal standards, and legal requirements.
You will conduct training for customer employees based on contractual agreements, ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment.
Train internal colleagues (service and sales teams) to guarantee efficient maintenance and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
You have a Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Food-related disciplines).
You have experience in the Food and Beverage Industry.
You have proven experience in technical project sales, including proposal creation, presentations, and closing deals.
You are familiar with CAD software.
You have engineering project management experience, particularly within the food and beverage industry.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
