Role Summary:
· Sustain and improve equipment performance of EOL ICM (Mold, TI before test, VM, Counter, Pack,etc..)
· Handle improvement project of EOL ICM (Mold, TI before test, VM, Counter, Pack, etc..)
Job Responsibility:
· Equipment Ownership & Reliability Leadership
· Act as equipment owner for assigned production tools and systems
· Ensure maximum uptime, stability, and process capability
· Lead advanced root cause analysis (RCA) for chronic or complex failures
· Reduce MTBF issues and drive MTTR improvement
· Define and improve preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
· Advanced Troubleshooting & Technical Expertise
· Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system issues
· Diagnose PLC, servo, robot, and sensor‑related failures
· Interface with automation, process, and quality teams to resolve cross‑functional issues
· Equipment Improvement & Optimization
· Drive OEE improvement projects (availability, performance, quality)
· Identify and implement equipment modifications to improve: Cycle time, Stability, Yield and scrap reduction
· Lead cost reduction initiatives (spares optimization, redesign, vendor rationalization)
· Capital Equipment & Project Management
· Lead new equipment introduction (NPI) and transfer projects
· Ensure projects are delivered on time, cost, and performance targets
· Provide technical input for CAPEX planning and budgeting
· Budget control: Support Handle and control ICM R&M spending.
· Preventive Maintenance & Documentation Excellence
· Develop and optimize PM, calibration, and inspection plans
· Standardize equipment manuals, troubleshooting guides, and work instructions
· Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements (ISO, IATF, EHS, Machine Safety, etc..)
· Continuous Improvement & Engineering Best Practices
· Apply Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, and FMEA methodologies
· Lead Kaizen events and structured improvement projects
· Use equipment data to drive fact‑based decisions
· Support high‑severity production escalations and line recoveries
· Leadership & Knowledge Transfer
· Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians
· Lead technical problem‑solving teams during major incidents
· Set engineering standards and best practices for equipment management
· Act as a technical authority for specific equipment platforms
Job Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering
· Minimum 10 years of experience in related fields
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and logical skills
· Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
· Able to use software for analysis ( Minitab, Jump)
· Ability to deal with multiple issues and shifting priorities
· Collaborative skills for working efficiently in a team having worldwide connections with partners and users
· Self-motivated, and willing to learn
