Job Description:

Associate Equipment Engineer - Wafer Fabrication

Location: Senoko, Singapore

About the Role:

Join the team at our Senoko wafer fabrication plant to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of production equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will be a key contributor in sustaining equipment performance and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and manufacturing problems.
• Provide repair and support for production machines.
• Assist engineers with setting up new product machinery and processes.
• Manage daily involvement and reporting of production and process issues.
• Support building facilities and collaborate with vendors to resolve engineering issues.
• Key member of the ERT team.

Experience:

Candidates with the following experience are preferred:

• Machine design and program control software using PLC or PC;
• Perform hands-on repair and troubleshooting independently.
• Have hands-on experience repairing MOCVD reactors, E-Beam, DUV, PeCVD, RIE, Lithography tools etc.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Relevant hands-on experience in a similar role, preferably within the semiconductor industry or a wafer fab.
