Job Description
Perform electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electromechanical
equipment used in the manufacturing process. Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings.
Use test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts. Rebuild manufacturing equipment.
May perform equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers.
Your Responsibilities
- Execute and comply with the maintenance program and provide support to production lines, following standardized processes that ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Follow work instructions under moderate supervision, meeting established quality, EHS, 5S, and daily productivity standards.
- Complete assigned indicators and tasks, including work order closures, reports, and support for various projects.
- Provide accurate shift handover communication through email.
- Execute immediate corrective actions derived from audit findings.
- Request necessary spare parts from the direct supervisor to ensure equipment availability.
- Provide feedback for preventive maintenance plans based on identified needs.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical failures.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement actions focused on productivity, quality, and safety.
- Complete DWT closures during the assigned shift.
- Comply with all environmental, safety, occupational health, and quality standards, following RA MMC procedures and good practices.
The Essentials – You Will Have
- Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
- Competencies in Discipline & Compliance, and Problem Analysis.
- At least 1+ year of experiece with preventive and corrective maintenance.
The Preferred – You Might Also Have
- 1+ years of experience manufacturing maintenance, production equipment support, or general facilities tasks.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies or problem‑solving tools.
