The EPM GTM Managing Director is accountable for defining, leading, and executing Spaulding Ridge’s Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) go-to-market strategy across Anaplan, OneStream, and Oracle EPM in North America. This role owns the vision, growth strategy, and commercial outcomes of the EPM business, including market positioning, revenue growth, and client acquisition through direct, executive-level selling. The Managing Director leads with insight-driven conversations that translate performance management challenges into high-impact programs, builds strategic partnerships, sponsors complex pursuits, and ensures the EPM practice scales profitably with a differentiated, advisory-first approach in the market, acting as a trusted advisor for finance and performance transformation. 

Responsibilities: 

GotoMarket Strategy, Revenue & Market Leadership 

  • Define and execute the North America EPM gotomarket strategy across planning, forecasting, close & consolidation, reporting, and analytics 
  • Establish differentiated platformspecific GTM strategies for Anaplan, OneStream, and Oracle EPM 
  • Identify, prioritize, and commercialize repeatable EPM offerings and solution plays aligned to market demand and partner roadmaps 
  • Own EPM revenue growth, including pipeline health, bookings performance, and crosssell expansion across Spaulding Ridge accounts 
  • Sponsor and lead highvalueexecutivelevel sales pursuits, carrying a material individual sales target with direct accountability for revenue 

 

Alliances, Ecosystem & Sales Execution 

  • Owns the vision, growth strategy, and commercial outcomes of the EPM business, including market positioning, revenue growth, and client acquisition through direct, executive-level selling 
  • Expand strategic relationships with Anaplan, OneStream, and Oracle 
  • Drive joint GTM initiatives, coselling motions, and partnerled pipeline development 
  • Maintain strong executive visibility and credibility within the EPM partner ecosystem 
  • Serve as an executive sponsor and marketfacing leader for the EPM practice with clients and partners 

 

Delivery Excellence, Thought Leadership & Client Impact 

  • Partner with delivery leadership to ensure scalable, highquality, and marginaccretive EPM solutions 
  • Provide executive oversight on critical EPM engagements to ensure client success and expansion 
  • Incorporate client and market feedback into the evolution of offerings, delivery approaches, and value propositions 
  • Establish Spaulding Ridge as a recognized thought leader in EPM through publications, executive forums, and industry events 
  • Develop and articulate a clear point of view on finance transformation and performance management, acting as a trusted advisor to CFOs and senior finance leaders 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven success developing and sustaining senior executive relationships, managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, and consistently growing revenue within a consulting or professional services environment 
  • Deep functional and/or technical expertise across Enterprise Performance Management domains, including financial planning and forecasting, close and consolidation, reporting and analytics, workforce and revenue planning, and performance management 
  • Extensive experience leading complex, executivelevel sales motions, including discovery, requirements definition, executive workshops, solution validation, and deal closing 
  • Strong business development track record with the ability to achieve and exceed sales and booking targets through both direct origination and alliancebased GTM motions 
  • Proven business operations and leadership acumen, including forecasting, business planning, statement of work development, pricing strategy, and managing to margin and utilization targets 
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and executivelevel presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex EPM and finance transformation value propositions 
  • Ability to leverage market trends, platform innovation, and industry insight to identify, shape, and capitalize on new EPM transformation and performance management opportunities

Spaulding Ridge is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the United States across locations is reflected below. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will be determined based on a range of factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, and location. Please note that the range provided is subject to change at any time in accordance with internal policies and applicable law.

Salary Range
$210,000$350,000 USD
