Role Description
The Senior Manager, Engineering Operations Services Facilities Management Lead is a leadership role accountable for execution, performance, and adoption of Engineering systems and associated data flows. This role ensures systems effectively support Engineering, Facilities, and EHS operations while aligning with enterprise technology and compliance requirements.
Reporting to the Director, Engineering Systems, Technology & Reporting, this role oversees safety, environmental, facilities, and regulatory compliance while leveraging AI enabled insights to optimize performance.
Roles & Responsibilities
Owns functional execution of assigned Engineering systems, programs, and documentation
Assesses and implements enhancements to asset lifecycle management.
Assists with audit programs and activities, ensuring relevant data are correct and available, when necessary.
Assists with facility operations-related data interpretation in support of investigations, preventive/corrective action development, and continuous improvement.
Develops, monitors, and manages change, based on facility-focused KPIs.
Drives system standardization and harmonization across sites and regions.
Ensures systems meet cybersecurity, regulatory, and quality requirements.
Partners with Technology teams on integrations, upgrades, and architecture-aligned solutions.
Enables reliable data consumption for analytics, reporting, and operational decision-making.
Balances delivery of enhancements with system stability and technical data management.

Experience managing technical professionals, providing strategic and tactical direction, supporting staff professional development, and delivering team performance.
Demonstrated proficiency in facility management.
Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics, analytics, or insights to guide decisions and continuous improvement.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical, system, or data-driven topics to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated capability to support change management, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong collaboration and influencing skills, including the ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
Experience partnering with Technology, Operations, Quality, Compliance, and Business stakeholders in regulated environments.
Strong expertise in data governance, analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI), and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint)
Demonstrated ability to apply engineering principles to business processes, problems, and decisions.
Proven experience managing multiple priorities, interdependencies, and competing demands while maintaining strong execution discipline.
Demonstrated experience translating client needs into program-controlled business processes.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional, and fast-paced global environment.
Experience working across regions and time zones with cultural awareness and adaptability.
Demonstrated experience leading global teams and partnering with enterprise Technology organizations.
