Position summary:
EOS Coordinator ensures compliance of the Quality management system with ISO9001 and IATF 16949 requirements and supports continuous improvement across processes and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, industry standards, and legal requirements.
- Continuous evaluation of internal requirements (procedures, standards, etc.) to support achieving business needs and follow industry growth
- Manage documentation: creation, revision, distribution, and control
- Plan and conduct internal and external audits; analyze results and follow up on corrective actions
- Provide training and support to employees on quality procedures and standards
- Analyze data and prepare reports for management
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and other teams to improve processes
- Support risk assessments related to quality processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce non-conformities
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in the automotive industry (preferably in the Quality department)
- Experience with QMS standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949; VDA knowledge is a plus)
- Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (APQP, 5S, OSA)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (5why, Ishikawa)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in English and MS Office
- Certifications ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Lead Auditor, VDA 6.3 is advantage
