Oversee Environmental Services Supervisors
Arrange for job coverage in the absence of a Supervisor. Invest time and coach Supervisors in matters pertaining to student employee evaluation and discipline. Confirm that Supervisors and their employees are compliant with OSHA safety standards and have current Safety Data Sheet information. Provide instruction and training while maintaining morale and high productivity.
Maintain Awareness of Facility Needs
Conduct regular designated area inspections, and communicate results with Supervisors. Provide assistance in achieving excellence in their areas.
Maintain General Files
Confirm that proper documentation is being kept for all student employees, chemical/equipment use, safety, department policies and procedures, etc. Ensure that required data is updated to include building reports and student file pages. Consistently verify inspection results.
Complete Special Projects and Training
Pursue and maintain information and/or certifications pertaining as directed. Recommend certifications and training benefiting supervisors. Continually research and learn about equipment, processes, procedures, chemicals, classes, etc. that would increase productivity and efficiency.

1+ years in the custodial industry, 2+ years in management Preferred Experience: 1+ years in Environmental Services at PCC, 2+ years in janitorial management

Able to work with cleaning chemicals, Adaptability, Capable of standing and walking for long periods of time, Communication, Conflict Resolution, Detail-Oriented, Leadership, Operating Office Equipment, Organizing, State driver's license
