Major Duties:
Qualifications: Resumes are restricted to no more than 2 pages. Illegible/unreadable resumes will not be considered. GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing most of the following duties: 1) Assisting in creating or maintaining hazardous material data and information. 2) Support higher graded personnel in conduct product reviews to create supply or logistical data for supply functions, environmental reporting, and/or safety information. 3.) Providing technical or customer support related to hazardous materials. 4) Using databases related to the identification, properties, management or control of hazardous materials. 5.) Demonstrated experience of safety and environmental regulations. GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing most of the following duties: 1) Reviewing files and records related to hazardous materials and/or hazardous chemicals. 2) Collecting, tracking, computing and/or summarizing large amounts of data. 3) Assisting with the analysis of data. 4) Using databases related to supply, logistics, and/or hazmat. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
