As Environmental Health & Safety Manager - Fixed Facilities, for the Florence Shop, you will support the Company and Employer in ensuring:

• the Health, Safety, well-being of our workforce by eliminating conditions that could lead to Fatalities and Permanent Impairment (FPI) 
• the compliance to OHS and environmental Regulatory standards 
• the protection of the environment in which we operate and the decarbonization of Company Operations. 

You will build relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure requirements are met. You will provide solutions to continuously improve our HSE standards and culture.

Collaborate with the best

As Environmental Health & Safety Manager - Fixed Facilities, your will be responsible to:

• Assist cross-functional teams in the implementation of the HSE Risk Management processes (i.e. Documento di Valutazione dei Rischi, Risk Assessment, HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA etc) and lead relevant HSE assessments sessions;
• Promote the Company HSE Culture including the Safe to Start and STOP work policies and divulgate Company Safety Leadership Programs during Plant Operation and Maintenance throughout specific initiatives within the organization and toward suppliers and contractors and subcontractor;
• Support selection, and coordinate all suppliers, contractors and subcontractors involved in any contracted activities during Plant Operation and Maintenance;
• Ensure, in accordance with the Corporate guidelines, the development, planning, implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Plant HSE Management System and its application;
• Develop and support the implementation of key HSE programs including but not limited to HSE training;
• Facilitate accidents/incidents and near-miss investigation and definitely carry out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identify trends and suggest improvement plans at Plant and Company level;
• Conduct HSE Audits both internal and external;
• Lead the collection, management and analysis of Plant HSE Key Performance Indicators;
• Plan and support the management in leading HSE meetings and HSE Reviews;
• Be part and coordinate Plant Emergency Management Programs.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you will

• Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college – Engineering degree is preferred;
• Have relevant HSE certification e.g. NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent. ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification;
• Be fluent in Italian and English Languages;
• Have Minimum of 8 years of experience in Plant HSE Manager/Leader role preferably in Oil&Gas and Energy sector and complex environments;
• Excellent Knowledge of Italian OHS and Environmental frameworks (RSPP Qualification required);
• Have strong oral and written communication skills;
• Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills:
• Demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems.
