Role Description
As the EHS leader within GFiber, you will develop, implement, and improve EHS programs for our organization. You will ensure a consistent and uniform approach to operational EHS compliance, program execution, and resource management across the country. By partnering with diverse internal teams and our extended workforce, you will play a vital part in identifying and mitigating EHS risks; ensuring records are maintained, and emplacing effective solutions in response to reactive and proactive reporting. You will also spearhead new and critical safety initiatives, providing the strategic oversight necessary to continuously enhance our comprehensive EHS culture and performance.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $118,400 - $173,400 + bonus + cash award + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
