Quality, Risk & Compliance

  • Lead management system assessments, audits, and reviews to verify effectiveness and compliance.
  • Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analyses, driving timely and sustainable corrective actions.
  • Establish and maintain consistent incident reporting and investigation processes with site leadership.

Cost & Resource Management

  • Drive cost‑effective implementation of EHS/IHS systems using standard work and common platforms.
  • Plan, budget, and manage external EHS/IHS services and consultants.
  • Monitor EHS resources to optimize cost and effectiveness.
  • Support non‑routine waste disposal activities as needed.

People Development & Engagement

  • Promote employee health and wellness initiatives across the site.
  • Coach and support leaders and employees to address unit‑ and function‑specific EHS needs.
  • Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and address performance gaps constructively.
  • Develop and mentor employees on EHS mindsets, behaviors, and leadership.
  • Encourage engagement and ownership through leader standard work and regular site floor/line walks.
  • Oversee security badging systems and camera monitoring to ensure safe and secure access.

Values & Accountability

  • Model and reinforce Core Values including SHE/PSM, Ethics, and Respect for People.
  • Establish and sustain management processes that ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements.
  • Hold individuals and teams accountable for safe and compliant behaviors.
