A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for an Environment Pipeline and Demand Management Specialist, reporting to the Senior Manager Service Management, where you will join the Integrated Network Environment Services (INES) team.
A bit about your role
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of planning and delivering network testing environments that keep everything running smoothly across nbn. You’ll look ahead and shape a six to twelve-month delivery plan that aligns with business priorities, making sure resources and timelines are balanced for the best outcomes. You’ll work closely with teams to manage demand, resolve dependencies, and keep projects moving in the right direction. This means staying on top of the pipeline, supporting planning activities, and ensuring environments are ready when needed. You’ll also be the go-to person for updates and progress, helping stakeholders stay informed and confident that delivery is on track.
A bit about you
If this sounds like the role for you, you probably enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where planning and problem-solving go hand in hand. You’re confident managing complex portfolios and making sure everything runs smoothly, and you know how to balance priorities when things get busy. You’re great at bringing people together, building strong relationships, and influencing outcomes. Experience with portfolio and pipeline management, resource planning, and dependency management will help you hit the ground running, and if you’re familiar with lean portfolio practices and PI planning, that’s a big plus. Most importantly, you’re someone who communicates clearly and thrives on collaboration.
