• Coordinate environment usage, availability, and configuration across multiple SAP and enterprise workstreams (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Assets).
• Ensure environment readiness across all project phases including design, build, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and cutover rehearsals.
• Plan, coordinate, and support release and deployment activities aligned to delivery schedules and governance processes.

• Coordinate test data provisioning, environment copies, refreshes, and data masking to support delivery and compliance requirements.
• Proactively identify and manage environment‑related risks, issues, and dependencies impacting delivery outcomes.
• Act as a central escalation point for environment incidents affecting project or program timelines.
• Communicate environment schedules, changes, impacts, and constraints across technical and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams, functional consultants, and external vendors to support smooth environment and release processes.

• Demonstrated experience supporting complex enterprise implementations (SAP experience highly regarded).
• Strong understanding of environment dependencies and landscape management across development, test, UAT, and production.
• Proven capability coordinating releases, deployments, and environment readiness across multi‑vendor delivery environments.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, integration testing, and cutover activities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage risks, issues, and cross‑team dependencies.
• Experience working with delivery and service management tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across both technical and non‑technical groups.
