Position Summary:
The Equipment and Signage Project Manager at Tidal Wave Auto Spa oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of all equipment and signage installations for new builds, remodels, and site upgrades. This role ensures that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet the company’s quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to deliver consistent, high-quality results that reflect the Tidal Wave brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end project execution for all equipment and signage installations at new and existing Tidal Wave Auto Spa locations.
Coordinate with construction, electrical, and operations teams to align installation timelines and ensure readiness for equipment and signage delivery.
Work closely with vendors, manufacturers, and contractors to schedule, track, and verify equipment and signage orders.
Review site drawings, specifications, and layouts to ensure accuracy and compliance with brand standards.
Oversee installation progress, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to plans.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and verify quality of work.
Manage project budgets, change orders, and timelines, reporting regularly to leadership.
Ensure that signage designs and placements align with Tidal Wave Auto Spa’s marketing and brand standards.
Track equipment performance post-installation and collaborate with maintenance teams for adjustments or warranty issues.
Maintain detailed records, documentation, and closeout packages for each project.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Equivalent work experience will be considered.
Experience:
3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in construction, equipment installation, or facility development.
Experience with signage, branding, or equipment coordination in multi-site environments highly preferred.
Vendor and contractor management experience required.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Procore, Asana).
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and electrical or site plans.
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost-control abilities.
Familiarity with permitting and installation compliance requirements.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Certifications:
PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM certification preferred.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification a plus.

Additional Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently to job sites (up to 50–75% travel).
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and conduct site inspections in varying weather conditions.
Must be able to work flexible hours to meet project deadlines.

Additional Information
This role may require work outside of normal business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on company needs.
This role may also require occasional driving for company business using a company, rental, or personal vehicle. A valid driver’s license and compliance with company driving standards are required.
