The Enterprise Value Manager plays a critical execution leadership role within the Finance Strategic Planning Team and the Enterprise Strategy & Value Office (ESVO), serving as the enterprise delivery owner for complex, high-impact initiatives across Finance and the broader organization. The purpose of this role is to translate strategic priorities, productivity objectives, and transformation agendas into disciplined execution, ensuring initiatives are planned, governed, and delivered with clarity, rigor, and measurable outcomes.

This position acts as the central point of accountability for project delivery and outcomes when Finance is required to lead or support enterprise-wide change, with responsibility for prioritizing initiatives, balancing delivery capacity, and ensuring alignment to enterprise value priorities.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Act as the enterprise delivery owner and execution lead for strategic, transformation, and productivity-focused initiatives within the Finance Strategic Planning Team and the ESVO.

  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives, including defining delivery strategy, execution approach, governance cadence, and performance measures.

  • Lead the execution of a portfolio of enterprise-wide productivity initiatives sponsored or coordinated through ESVO, ensuring disciplined delivery, alignment to enterprise priorities, and realization of intended value.

  • Serve as the delivery owner for large Finance transformation and technology-enabled initiatives (e.g., process redesign, system implementations, operating model changes), coordinating closely with Finance leaders, IT, and business stakeholders.

  • Translate strategic objectives, productivity targets, and leadership direction into clear execution paths, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and ESVO governance.

  • Exercise managerial authority to resolve cross-functional dependencies across Finance, IT, HR, and business units to ensure timely decision-making, issue escalation, and removal of execution barriers.

  • Apply strong judgment and structure to ambiguous, evolving initiatives, bringing clarity to objectives, sequencing, and accountabilities where problems are not well defined.

  • Track, validate, and report on initiative progress, risks, and outcomes—including cost savings, cost avoidance, and productivity impacts—providing clear, concise updates to Finance leadership, ESVO governance forums, and senior stakeholders.

  • Support the standardization and continuous improvement of enterprise delivery practices within Finance and the ESVO, including tools, templates, and execution rhythms.

  • Partner with Finance leaders and the ESVO to prioritize initiatives, balance capacity, and reallocate effort as needed to protect enterprise outcomes.

  • Facilitate effective working sessions, decision forums, and stakeholder engagements to drive momentum, alignment, and accountability throughout initiative lifecycles.

  • Contribute to building a strong execution culture within Finance by reinforcing disciplined delivery, clear ownership, and a focus on measurable outcomes.

Education Required:

  • Post-secondary degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10–12 years of progressive experience in financial, IT, transformation, or enterprise project delivery roles, with increasing accountability for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable enterprise-level outcomes.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or demonstrated excellence in leading large-scale, cross-functional, transformative initiatives, with advanced capability in project delivery disciplines including scope, schedule, risk, stakeholder, and dependency management.

  • Certified Organizational Change Management (OCM) capability, with proven experience applying structured change methodologies to drive adoption, readiness, and sustained outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups and business areas.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead a portfolio of high-impact strategic and productivity initiatives, translating enterprise objectives into executable delivery strategies, governance structures, and measurable results.

  • Working knowledge of enterprise systems and digital enablement, sufficient to effectively partner with IT and business teams on technology-related initiatives (e.g., ERP, planning tools, automation, or analytics platforms), and to support the execution of system-enabled transformation.

  • Proven ability to deliver sustained business value through productivity initiatives, transformation programs, and technology-enabled change, with a focus on outcomes, benefits realization, and long-term impact.

Competencies:

  • Enterprise delivery leadership: Sets direction and execution discipline across multiple business areas, aligning priorities and ensuring accountability to deliver enterprise outcomes.

  • Influence and stakeholder leadership: Builds alignment across Finance, IT, and business units, resolving cross-functional issues and driving adoption of new ways of working without formal authority.

  • Execution-focused decision making: Makes timely, sound decisions in complex environments, balancing scope, risk, resources, and enterprise impact to maintain delivery momentum.

  • Strategic communication and engagement: Communicates complex issues, risks, and trade-offs clearly while facilitating effective discussions with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and governance forums.

  • Results-driven judgment: Operates with a disciplined, outcomes-focused mindset, navigating ambiguity and providing sound guidance on complex or sensitive matters.
