Job Summary

The Enterprise Transformation Portfolio Leader is responsible for overseeing CTS’s enterprise-wide transformation portfolio. This leadership role governs programs across operating models, people, processes, technology, and automation. The role establishes and enforces governance frameworks, defines and maintains technology standards, monitors and reports on benefits realization and progress, coordinates with key organizations, and tracks the implementation of TMO actions. This leader will oversee automation usage, support pilots of new technologies, and partner with organizational leaders to drive adoption of new ways of working based on the global operating model. The position is critical in ensuring transformation success and sustainable value delivery across CTS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track the implementation of TMO (Transformation Management Office) actions and ensure timely completion.   Monitor and report on benefits realization, progress, and outcomes for transformation initiatives.  This includes tracking down anything that is falling behind and working with leadership on a mitigation or recovery plan.  The following will be key metrics that will be communicated and shared with leadership at all levels of the organization:
    • Milestone completion for transformation initiatives
    • Benefits realization and measurable outcomes
    • Adoption and effective use implemented AI tools
    • Productivity improvements and efficiency gains
  • Establish and enforce transformation governance frameworks to ensure consistency and accountability across all programs.
  • Partners with leaders across CTS to drive adoption of new ways of working, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with key organizations to align priorities, resources, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement, communication, and satisfaction throughout the transformation journey. Adjust or shift in communication or deliverables to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and engagement.

Capabilities and Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in business, technology, or related field.
  • Deep expertise in process transformation and operating model redesign.
  • Proven experience in change management and governance framework design.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability in cross-functional delivery management and program coordination.
  • Knowledge of automation, technology implementation, and tool rationalization.
  • Skilled in risk evaluation and mitigation within transformation environments.
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and foster collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and advisory skills.
