This business transformation creates a unified view across systems including integrations across customer deal management via CRM, employee talent management & recruiting via HRIS, resourcing capabilities & capacity vis PES, and financial management via ERP.
The enterprise seeks an individual to support the management of those core systems. The individual will own elements of systems administration, cross-platform integration, data analytics & insights, program management, and coordinating the roll-out of systems enhancements. This is a hands-on execution role with direct interaction with the c-level.
