Enterprise Strategy & Performance Lead (Director)

We are ready to elevate our impact and are seeking a passionate leader to design and drive OLG’s corporate planning process, enterprise performance management, and strategy design and execution. This role supports enterprise-wide planning, executive decision-making, and the development of OLG’s annual corporate plan, while partnering closely with senior leaders to address business challenges and ensure alignment with strategic and operational priorities.

YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME

Reporting to the Chief of Staff & Head of Enterprise Strategy, you will be empowered to lead:

Annual Corporate Planning

  • Lead the enterprise-wide annual corporate planning process, ensuring strategic priorities, objectives, key results (OKRs) and initiatives are aligned across all business units.
  • Support development of the Annual Business Plan, integrating strategic priorities, operational requirements, financial targets, and risk considerations into a coherent enterprise plan.

Enterprise Performance Management

  • Partner with enterprise functions to strengthen performance analytics, integrating data, insights, and analytical capabilities to improve visibility into organizational performance and support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Lead the design, execution and continuous evolution of enterprise performance forums, such as Quarterly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Discussions.

Community of Practice

  • Champion and steward the Strategy Community of Practice, building organizational capability through shared tools, methodologies, training, and best‑practice exchange.
  • Drive horizontal alignment of strategic initiatives across departments, identifying interdependencies, reducing duplication, and strengthening enterprise‑wide cohesion.

Other Accountabilities

  • Lead strategic and advisory projects as assigned by Head of Enterprise Strategy
  • Review and continually assess departmental objectives, priorities and measure progress to plans
  • Oversee and coordinate enterprise strategy resources, building strategic capacity to support divisional strategy development as required
  • Provide leadership, coaching and development to team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, inclusion and strategic excellence
  • Support the Office of the CEO and broader executive team on special initiatives, enterprise priorities and/or emerging strategic needs
  • Perform other related duties as required

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE GAME

Education & Experience:

  • Ten (10) years of consulting, gaming or related business experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating to execute projects, conduct strategic analysis and develop strategies
  • University degree in business management, engineering, marketing or related field is an asset
  • MBA, CPA or other professional designation is an asset

Relevant Skills:

  • Project and/or engagement planning and execution
  • Strong communication skills and ability to adjust level of information to the audience
  • Presentation and workshop facilitation skills
  • Business knowledge, logic, professional thinking and judgement
  • Enthusiasm to develop junior team members and provide developmental support
  • Experience influencing and leading strategies
  • High degree of comfort in ambiguity
  • A passion for the Gaming and Entertainment industry
