The Opportunity:

CACI's Corporate Enterprise Services is seeking a highly skilled Service Owner to lead the vision, roadmap and delivery of services supporting our DFARS compliant operating networks, corporate and program network boundaries, cloud service adoption, and assurance for protection of highly sensitive data. This role requires a strategic influencer who can drive service enhancements and delivery through influence and relationships.  The ideal candidate will combine deep product/service ownership with technical acumen and exceptional stakeholder engagement skills to ensure alignment, adoption and continuous improvement.



Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Strategy

    • Drive the vision and development of product roadmaps aligning with security and compliance objectives.

    • Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on major initiatives impacting secure development and operating practices.

    • Develop dashboards and reporting for visibility into roadmap progress, risks, and impacts.

    • Lead technical teams on complex projects.

  • Service Development and Management

    • Collaborate and capture new enhancements/capabilities/improvements from business users, IT delivery teams, and security.

    • Own the end-to-end service development, including backlog management, prioritization, and continuous improvement.

    • Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to drive enhancements and delivery through influence, not direct management.

    • Analyze ticketing data to identify and address gaps using data analysis tools.

    • Facilitate design and working sessions to resolve complex issues and ensure timely delivery of features and capabilities.

  • Stakeholder Engagement

    • Serve as the primary interface between business units, IT teams, and security stakeholders.

    • Build strong relationships across teams to influence priorities and decisions.

    • Collect and incorporate feedback from end-users and stakeholders to guide roadmap and backlog refinement.

    • Communicate expectations, timelines, and impacts clearly and proactively.

  • Compliance and Security

    • Ensure adherence to DFARS compliance standards and NIST 800 series in all projects.

    • Support initiatives for CACI's compliant operating networks, cloud service adoption, and data protection.

    • Ensure IT initiatives are engineered and deployed secure and compliant by following industry best practices.

  • Infrastructure and Technology

    • Drive infrastructure development including Software Defined Networking (SDN), Wireless, IP networks, and OT/IoT.

    • Ensure all IT initiatives are engineered and deployed with a security-first mindset.

  • Documentation and Support

    • Provide comprehensive documentation for the Enterprise IT Group and Cybersecurity.

    • Continuously assess and improve IT services based on stakeholder feedback and industry trends.




Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of IT product/service ownership or technical program management.

  • Proven ability to drive outcomes through influence and relationships, without direct authority.

  • Expertise in backlog management, Agile methodologies, data mining and stakeholder communication.

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to align diverse teams toward common goals.

  • Ability to understand complex business problems and identify and interpret business needs.

  • Demonstrated facilitation and influencing skills to drive decision making among stakeholders with diverse perspectives and priorities.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work in a team-centric environment.

  • Analyze reports, review process documentation, assess test results and remediation plans.




Desired:

  • Service delivery certifications (e.g. Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Product Owner Certification) a plus.

  • Experience with ServiceNow.

  • Experience working within the DoD.

  • ML, Gen-AI, LLM expertise.

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$103,200 - $226,900
