We are looking now for an Enterprise Processes Expert to join the clinical supply tower, contributing across both process and deployment. Where you'll be a key player in supporting the design and delivery of Business Processes and new S4 Hana technologies. The role will collaborate with a diverse set of global stakeholders to gather, interpret, and translate end‑user needs into project deliverables, including user requirements, process maps, SOPs, work instructions, and training materials. As the project moves into its next phase, there will also be scope to participate in system testing and user acceptance activities.

An Enterprise Process Expert is a key player in supporting the development and delivery of Business Processes and technologies. Your focus will be on the understanding of SAP (S/4 HANA) & ICSM capability to defined the future state processes within the clinical supply process tower. In this role you could lead and provide expert knowledge in both Core SAP and Clinical related process areas, such as Clinical Programme & Study Management, Clinical Outsourcing, Clinical Planning, Clinical Manufacturing, Clinical Distribution, and Clinical Bio supply. Your expertise will support the Enterprise Process Lead(s) to design & deploy business processes that align with the strategic direction set by the Enterprise Process Owner. Upon agreement, the EPEs can become owners and co-owners of the future state processes.

Typical Accountabilities

  • Develop, maintain and deploy global standardized, optimal and repeatable process leveraging S4 Hana technologies.

  • Working closely with business process owners to analysis options to help develop and enhance new business strategies.

  • Acts as a source of knowledge in area of expertise including both commercial and clinical supply chain, defining and communicating important design decisions across department and functions

  • Working with Partner EPO towers to identify clinical supply requirements within core processes

  • Support with closing all outstanding design topics to be ready with deployment activities on time and according to high quality. Taking active part in the detailed design by working with Technical Team and External Consultants.

  • Leading and contributing to the project deliverables in the build and deployment phase. Including but not limited to: iinterpreting & overseeing user requirements, system User Acceptance Testing, SOP development, Work Instruction Development and Training Curriculum Review

  • Ensure that Non-SAP System integration requirements are understood and considered in the Process and Data Designs.

  • Support with Data Design, data harmonization and standards for both clinical supply and core processes. Collaborate with the Program and Business Data Teams to define the data requirements for the processes being deployed in each phase.

  • Using expertise to influence harmonization and minimize the need for local technical and/or process customization.

  • Where needed own/support Interim State for agreed processes between deployment phases.

  • Partnering with the Change Leads on communication with the business users

  • Acting as a source of knowledge for clinical supply chain capability, defining and communicating current and future business processes and improvement opportunities.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (or equivalent experience)

  • Significant experience in any of the following: Commercial processes for Supply Chain and/or Clinical processes for Supply Chain

  • SAP experience and/or other supply chain system related experience

  • Detailed understanding of current processes and associate data requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver technology and/or business change across multiple locations and/or business functions.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and/or support adoption of Globally harmonized business processes or drive standardization of ways of working

  • Good communication and relationship building skills with an ability to Influence others to achieve objectives.

  • Ability to interpret and communicate technical information into business language.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Proficient IT Skills with ability to understand, adapt and operate in multiple systems

  • Project management experience

  • Experience with UAT and Test Scripts development and approval

  • Experience working on a significant transformation programme
