Job Description
- A member of the Field Services Digital Technology team that focuses on managing IT operations, incident management, request tickets via Service Now, SLA management and monitoring. Maintain and follow up on all incidents/requests, working with key vendors on and offsite. Meet key BU functionality requirements, while driving operational improvements, customer satisfaction, sharing best practices, and recommending innovative solutions to business challenge.
Job responsibilities include
- Own and produce incident management excellence, work on requests via Service Now, govern tickets for closure.
- SLA management and monitoring, governance, backlog clearing, work on aged tickets etc.
- Application support – Internally supported applications which cater and enhance productivity.
- Lead the Strategy meetings comprising of BU and key onboarding groups representatives Ex. Human Resources, External Vendors, Access Management.
- Partner with BUs to create a standard of excellence that meets the goals of the Digital Workplace Strategy, owing all aspects of the process.
- Lead a delivery team and vendors providing end-user services including day one services if needed.
- Lead focus groups to understand BU requirement, offer innovative solutions, and ensure all employed vendors or and staff requirements are understood and met.
Experience/Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience and/or a bachelor’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience.
- ITIL certification.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships; strong team player, able to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as work collaboratively with teams, some of which may be geographically distributed.
- Problem solving and analytical abilities including the ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and apply sound business knowledge.
- Support for Windows based Software such as MS Office 365, Windows 10, MAC OS, and other standard software
Certifications
Any of the following certifications, in good standing, considered an advantage:
- Certified in ITIL
- Certifications in Microsoft Office Application a plus
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
