The Opportunity:
Responsible for leadership and development of research employees at relevant R&D locations
Contributes to the design and implementation of functional / discipline relevant strategy aimed at discovery, development and manufacture of new products as well as improvements to existing products
Responsible for directing implementation of activities related to the discovery, development and manufacture of new products, as well as for the improvement of existing products.
Provides technical reports and advice to senior management.
Skills & Experience:
PhD in relevant discipline
Minimum 10 years industry experience or equivalent experience in relevant academic environment – scientific and people leadership
Proven experience leading cross-functional, multicultural and international research and development teams.
Excellent communication skills (English language)
