Enterprise Growth Director

Remote, TX, USA Full time

The Director of Enterprise Growth will lead strategic initiatives to manage and expand enterprise relationships, driving adoption and revenue growth for enterprise partners. This role requires proven expertise in merchant acquiring and leading complex integrations, ensuring seamless delivery of enterprise-grade payment and software solutions. The position demands a strong ability to manage strategic partnerships, negotiate pricing structures, and align cross-functional teams to deliver scalable growth.

  • Define and execute enterprise growth strategies aligned with corporate objectives.

  • Drive initiatives related to merchant onboarding, pricing optimization, and compliance. Ensure best practices in acquiring workflows.

  • Oversee end-to-end integration projects with enterprise clients and third-party platforms. Align technical and operational requirements across internal and external stakeholders.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to deliver integrated growth initiatives.

  • Lead negotiations on pricing, liability, and service agreements.

  • Develop creative pricing models and monetization strategies for credit/debit, ACH, and related services.

  • Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies based on performance analytics.

Basic Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin or related field

  • 10 years’ experience in enterprise relationship management, product strategy or business development with SaaS or payment solutions.

  • Proven experience in merchant acquiring and leading complex integrations.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication and negotiation skills.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with financial services or SaaS technology markets.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large scale initiatives.
