We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Marketing Manager to drive pipeline and revenue growth by managing the performance of enterprise marketing programs across Slack's Invoice Growth Marketing initiatives. Obsessed with performance and outcomes, you'll be the operational backbone of our invoice marketing programs, ensuring seamless execution across global markets while building the systems, processes, and insights that enable our team to scale efficiently. In this role, you will serve as key liaison between marketing, sales, and regional teams to ensure program delivery, adoption and performance. As our Enterprise Demand Generation Manager, you'll be instrumental in scaling Slack's invoice growth marketing engine. You'll have the opportunity to build processes, models and systems that directly impact pipeline generation while working with cutting-edge marketing technology and methodologies. What You'll Own

Program Management & Operations

  • Global Relevance and Performance: Thinking “global first,” lead localization efforts to ensure our programs are relevant across global operating units, ensuring consistent execution while adapting to regional needs, inspecting how programs are performing in markets, and advocating for market needs outside the US as we develop plans and programs.
  • Invoice Demand Generation Infrastructure: Create and maintain invoice program landing pages, establish program tagging and nomenclature standards, and optimize system operations.
  • Turn strategy into execution: Develop and manage comprehensive demand generation program calendars, ensuring alignment with business objectives and smooth cross-functional execution with an eye to mitigate challenges and dependencies.

Content & Asset Management

  • Repository Maintenance: Maintain centralized content libraries, strategic assets, and invoice program plans with robust organization and manage the audit process for content lifecycles.
  • Offer Management: Support offer repository maintenance, promo package development, and ensure data hygiene across landing pages and campaigns.
  • Content Operations: Partner with vendors and manage budgets for content creation and asset development, including supporting how we assess agency performance and ROI.

Multi-channel Marketing Execution & Optimization

  • Email program execution: Develop and optimize email programs that drive consistent pipeline generation.
  • Digital Partnership: Collaborate closely with digital marketing teams to traffic and optimize paid media programming and performance.
  • Digital Program Performance & Testing: Continuously test and optimize landing pages, email programs, and content elements to improve conversion rates and lead quality.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and run our Dashboard: Create and maintain automated dashboards and reports for program performance, ROI analysis, and channel optimization.
  • Performance Analytics: Track and analyze key performance metrics across digital channels and content, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement, and conduct comprehensive analysis across all marketing activities for Slack to help determine the impact on sales pipeline and revenue generation.

Process & System Optimization

  • Process Innovation: Continuously improve marketing workflows, setup processes, and data hygiene practices to enhance efficiency and scale.
  • Email & Audience Management: Set up sophisticated email nurtures, create targeted audience segments, and optimize engagement across programs.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Background

  • 5+ years of experience in multi-touch demand generation, campaign management, or digital marketing, preferably in scaled B2B SaaS organizations
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proven track record of building pipeline through multi-channel programs and owning end-to-end campaign execution
  • Global marketing experience across segments and regions strongly preferred
  • Technical proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and campaign analytics

Skills & Competencies

  • Analytical Excellence: Extremely data-driven with strong ability to experiment, measure, and optimize based on performance metrics and to derive actionable insights from complex data sets
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and other marketing/sales technologies preferred
  • Project Management: Exceptional ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and comfortable establishing standards and processes to meet deliverable requirements.
  • Communication: Outstanding stakeholder management written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels, including the ability to develop slides and graphics that visualize performance.
  • AI Familiarity: Experience with AI tools and emerging marketing technologies

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $115,600 to $159,000.
