What Makes This Role Great:
In this high-visibility strategic role, you will be the driving force behind the digital transformation of the Tier 1 contractor market, wielding a market-leading portfolio including Viewpoint CDE and Field applications to solve complex project delivery challenges. You will have the unique opportunity to own your territory, lead multi-year SaaS agreements, and directly influence the success of multi-billion pound construction projects.
Key Exciting Responsibilities:
Execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate previously untapped Tier 1 contractor accounts and maximize new logo acquisition
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes, navigating relationships with Project, IT, and C-Suite personas
Position the Trimble Viewpoint portfolio as the industry standard for digital project delivery and risk mitigation
Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales and Professional Services to ensure technical and commercial alignment for high-value enterprise customers
Maintain a robust 12-month pipeline while providing detailed forecasting to leadership for regional software growth
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven track record of success in selling enterprise software solutions within the construction or engineering industry
Deep understanding of Common Data Environments (CDE), BIM frameworks, and Field/Site management workflows
Expert-level proficiency in value-based selling and managing long-term, complex sales cycles
Exceptional ability to translate technical requirements into high-level business ROI for executive stakeholders
Bonus Points For:
Existing network within the UK & Ireland Tier 1 contractor space
Experience with large-scale digital construction platform implementations
Logistics:
Location: Leeds, London, Milton Keynes or UK - Remote
Travel Requirement: 20%
