Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Business Development Executive to join our Sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving high-value revenue growth by identifying and closing new enterprise-level sales opportunities within the Spanish market.
In this role, you will:
Execute Strategic Sales Growth: Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities for technical and non-technical solutions to meet or exceed individual and team quotas.
Build Executive Relationships: Collaborate with enterprise-level stakeholders and current customers to build effective long-term relationships that increase revenue and ensure high satisfaction.
Manage Sales Pipeline: Create, monitor, and revise lead generation plans to maintain a substantive opportunity pipeline and ensure organizational standards are met.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in enterprise sales or high-level business development.
Strong knowledge of complex solution selling, including technical and non-technical product portfolios and pricing structures.
Proven ability in lead generation strategy, executive-level negotiation, and stakeholder management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
