Job Description
AV is seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Lead (Finance) to oversee Fusion Finance Applications, including Cost Management, Projects, and the EPM Suite. This role will provide strategic leadership to the Enterprise Applications team, drive alignment between Business Units (BU) and DBT (Digital Business Technology), and lead key strategic initiatives that strengthen and evolve AV’s application ecosystem.
This role will serve as the primary liaison for your assigned business areas, act as a subject matter expert, and champion innovative, scalable solutions that demonstrate the “art of the possible” as AV accelerates its digital transformation agenda.
Position Responsibilities:
- Support and develop the multiyear systems roadmap, including Mergers & Acquisitions, to enable Finance team objectives.
- Drive alignment between Business Units (BU) and DBT, ensuring technology investments support enterprise priorities.
- Develop and maintain a multi-year application and technology roadmap in partnership with BU leadership.
- Evaluate business capabilities, risks, and opportunities to guide digital transformation initiatives.
- Shape strategic initiatives that optimize processes, improve system utilization, and enhance AV’s application ecosystem.
- Foster strong relationships with business units, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Fusion Finance, Cost Management, Projects, and the EPM Suite.
- Conduct business analysis, gather requirements, document workflows, and translate business needs into actionable system designs and specifications.
- Partner with key stakeholders to create BRDs, configuration workbooks, functional specifications, test plans, and test cases.
- Demonstrate system capabilities (Oracle Fusion, EPM, Salesforce, etc.) to solve business challenges and support decision-making.
- Support configuration and troubleshooting of business processes across Finance & Accounting, Payroll, and FP&A.
- Lead the development, configuration, testing, and implementation of new projects, enhancements, and interfaces.
- Translate business needs into system and data analysis and participate in testing and deployment activities.
- Partner with PMO and cross-functional teams to lead successful implementations, integrations, and user adoption.
- Manage the technology demand pipeline and prioritize enhancements and initiatives based on business value.
- Oversee end-to-end ERP application management to ensure high-quality, scalable solution delivery.
- Monitor production issues, identify root causes, and manage improvements across release cycles.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance trade-offs between business needs and technical constraints.
- Champion a customer-centric mindset and promote adoption of new solutions and processes across the organization.
- Lead and develop the Enterprise Applications team, including hiring, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 12–15+ years of experience in Enterprise Applications, Business Analysis, or BRM roles supporting SaaS and cloud-based systems.
- Proven end-to-end implementation experience with Oracle Fusion Applications, including strong functional expertise across Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA), PPM (Project Costing, Billing, Revenue), Cost Management, Inventory, and Supply Chain (SCM).
- Good experience configuring, deploying, and supporting the Oracle EPM Suite.
- Hands-on experience writing Fusion design documents, configuration workbooks, testing strategies, and test cases
- Proven experience in driving strategic initiatives, digital transformation, and process optimization within Finance and Project Management domains.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage full lifecycle projects, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of business processes across Finance, Projects, and Supply Chain, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to evaluate trade-offs and technical constraints.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving stakeholder alignment, championing process improvements, and ensuring successful adoption of enterprise applications.
- Full System Development Life cycle experience with all aspects of application setup, testing, user training, and production support.
- Experience with Mergers and Acquisition integration into Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Strong interpersonal skills in order to interact with all levels and communicate effectively with both a technical audience and business users.
- Strong business acumen with analytical and strategic thinking.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, ability to research and analyze data, and presenting solutions.
- Initiative to lead and drive improvements without constant direction & supervision.
- Ability to work in a multi-project environment and support multiple internal customer/departments.
Other Qualifications & Desired Competencies:
- Advanced degree (MS, MBA, CPA).
- Partners with PMO and manages projects involving multiple departments or cross-functional teams, focusing on successful integration, implementation, and adoption of new IT solutions.
- Experience conducting business requirement workshops and facilitating stakeholder alignment.
- Big-picture thinker with the ability to act tactically and drive strategic initiatives.
- Strong management skills: managing pipelines, prioritization, deadlines, and process optimization.
- Deep understanding of Finance, Projects, Cost, Inventory, and SCM business operations.
- Background in driving digital transformation initiatives across Finance, Projects, or Supply Chain domains.
- Strong understanding of change management and user adoption strategies.
- Oracle certifications in Fusion Financials, PPM, SCM, or EPM.
- Skilled in problem-solving and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to leadership and collaborating across teams.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrates initiative, ownership, and accountability for results, driving continuous improvement.
- Team-oriented, focused on collaboration and putting team success above individual interests.

The salary range for this role is:
$153,308 - $217,140
