We’re looking for a New Logo Account Manager to drive new customer acquisition across the DACH business unit. This role goes beyond traditional sales—you will act as a trusted advisor for organizations facing complex cybersecurity challenges. You will join a growing, multi-disciplinary sales team supported by SDRs, Marketing, Channel, and Sales Operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute new customer acquisition plans in close alignment with Leadership.

  • Prospect, qualify, manage, and close SME opportunities in the private sector.

  • Own the full sales cycle and work with Technical and Customer Success teams to onboard new clients.

  • Use sales and marketing insights, plus prospecting tools, to open new accounts and drive engagement.

  • Collaborate with SDR, Channel, and Marketing teams to convert leads into opportunities.

  • Co-sell with partners to accelerate growth.

  • Provide feedback, territory plans, and industry insights to management.

  • Maintain an accurate pipeline, forecasts, and close plans using MEDDPICC.

  • Build strong relationships across SE, Channel, Marketing, and specialist teams.

What You Bring

  • Proven track record in new logo acquisition within B2B tech; cybersecurity is a plus.

  • Strong achievement against quota and experience engaging senior executives.

  • Ability to articulate a full portfolio of products, solutions, and services.

  • High technical and business acumen, with direct field sales experience.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills; able to present value clearly.

  • Self-starter mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
