About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will focus on acquiring and expanding relationships with large enterprise customers in your assigned territory. You’ll leverage customer insights to understand challenges, identify key decision-makers, and demonstrate how Miro can transform their business processes. Your goal is to deliver exceptional customer experiences by being a trusted advisor and Miro product expert.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the long-term strategic partner for assigned accounts, driving adoption and successful business transformation.
  • Build territory and account plans, defining acquisition and expansion strategies.
  • Combine the interests of multiple stakeholders to maximize account revenue.
  • Proactively engage new users and trials within accounts to expand use cases and revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Sales Engineering, and Marketing teams.
  • Identify new use cases and opportunities where Miro can solve customer challenges.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data to inform future growth strategies.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly pipeline and revenue quotas, providing reliable forecasts and closing deals.

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of closing experience in a tech/SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to engage CxO and VP/GM-level stakeholders.
  • Strong prospecting, territory planning, and team-selling skills.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com and opportunity qualification methodologies like MEDDPIC.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and collaborate effectively with a growing team.
  • Curious and growth-oriented mindset, eager to learn and give/receive feedback.
  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English, spoken and written.
