Serving more than 14,000 students across Philadelphia and Camden, we aim to ensure that families and community partners recognize Mastery as a high-quality K–12 public school option—and that every school has the strategies, tools, and support needed to meet its enrollment goals year-round.
The Enrollment Manager, Pennsylvania, supports the enrollment operations and data systems for Mastery’s Philadelphia schools. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in data management and Excel/Google Sheets. They have strong problem-solving and customer service skills, experience with Philadelphia’s enrollment systems, and a passion for ensuring every child has access to an excellent public education.
