Requires experience in all Audit Readiness Services:
Potential Compliance Incident Investigation
Mitigation Plan Support
Standard Implementation
RSAW Development and Review
Gap Analysis and Controls
Evidence Pull Sheet Support
RFI Response
Collect SME responses to regulator RFIs
Basic Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, communications, computer science, business, or related field of study; or Associate's degree in one of the aforementioned fields of study and two (2) years of relevant work experience.
Experience: In addition to any experience required above, five (5) years of experience in electric utility or similarly regulated industry.
Growing expertise on multiple NERC Standards
Ability to manage medium risk and/or Standards owned by more than one business unit.
Understand Regional Entity positions and risk view of NERC Standards
SME understanding of BES definition and NERC applicability
Proven ability to gain agreement with stakeholders for process improvement opportunities.

$87,633.00 - $128,688.00The Physical Demand Level for this job is: S – Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
