Position Summary:
The Senior Customer Representative assists in handling and maintaining process documentation through the Promapp platform for the Customer Care organization. The role focuses on uploading, updating, and ensuring documentation remains accurate and complete. The Sr Customer Representative ensures all required materials are accurately stored and accessible to operational teams and assists with user training on Promapp usage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Documentation Upload and Maintenance: Upload and update process documents within the Promapp platform, ensuring naming conventions, version control, and structure are followed.
• Data Accuracy and Tracking: Maintain logs and trackers to supervise document status and ensure completeness across Customer Care teams. Report issues or inconsistencies to the Governance team.
• Administrative Support: Provide assistance with handling system access, crafting training units, archiving outdated materials, and conducting regular quality checks.
• Training Support: Conduct basic Promapp system introductions for new or existing users, supporting the operational teams in navigation, document access, and general system use.
• Issue Identification: Investigate and report Promapp-related issues to the relevant support channels, following up to ensure resolution.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Transformation and Process Governance teams to ensure documentation consistency and compliance with established standards.
• Compliance Readiness: Support audit preparation by ensuring documentation accuracy and accessibility throughout the Promapp platform.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
• Experience in administrative or data management roles.
• Familiarity with documentation systems or databases (experience with Promapp or similar tools is advantageous).
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle repetitive and structured work efficiently.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive demeanor toward ensuring data correctness and system integrity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various partners.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships across the organization.
