Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting all communication channels for our brands by creating and/or localising inspiring, world-class content.

This position will work closely with Marketing, CRM, Social Media, Paid media... to support their team missions. You will be part of an international team of 4 Language Specialists, each responsible for one language, reporting to the Head of Localization.

The right candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced business environment while working effectively and collaboratively with team members, be efficient, detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple project deadlines, and be comfortable with uncertainty and experimentation.

What you will do?

  • Own all editorial and copywriting output for Fabletics and Savage X Fenty across all EN markets in Europe, delivering high-quality, brand-aligned content for digital and offline marketing channels.

  • Create compelling copy for emails, marketing assets, newsletters, social content, paid media, onsite experiences and product descriptions - plus Google ads copy, video scripts, influencer scripts, UGC scripts and voiceover content.

  • Lead the brands’ tone of voice, providing creative direction, ideation, concepting, naming proposals, and helping establish effective editorial and naming processes.

  • Review, proofread and sign off all editorial and localised deliverables to ensure linguistic accuracy, consistency, brand alignment and correct functionality across web, app, mobile and offline materials.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, Social, Creative, Product and NA stakeholders to craft engaging, conversion-driven and shareable content.

  • Support monthly product launches by overseeing the localisation workflow and QA of product descriptions for both brands.

  • Apply SEO and editorial best practices to optimise content for discoverability, performance and customer relevance.

  • Act as linguistic gatekeeper and market ambassador, maintaining and evolving glossaries, style guides and other linguistic assets.

  • Drive continuous improvement, identifying optimisation opportunities, competitive benchmarks and ways to elevate brand storytelling and operational efficiency.

  • Stay on top of cultural, linguistic, digital and fashion trends to ensure messaging remains fresh, commercially relevant and distinctive.

  • Ensure timely delivery and impact of all copy, supporting a consistent and high-quality content experience.

What you can bring?

  • Native-level English (UK preferred) with excellent command of grammar, nuance, tone and cultural context.

  • Proven copywriting experience delivering fast, clear, playful, empathetic, fun and sometimes cheeky copy for marketing, social and direct-response campaigns.

  • Experience writing social content and marketing copy across multiple formats, channels and audiences.

  • Strong marketing understanding, able to translate business and creative needs into compelling, conversion-driven narratives.

  • Passion for storytelling, fashion and brand building, with strong insight into our brands, customers and market positioning.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and consistency, ensuring flawless execution across all touchpoints.

  • Proactive, organised and collaborative, able to work independently while contributing effectively to cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in localisation, content strategy and QA, ensuring accuracy and alignment across markets and channels.

  • Capability in naming conventions, naming systems and the establishment of editorial processes (nice to have).

  • Experience translating strategic requirements into impactful copy, with awareness of consumer psychology, tone management and branding principles.

  • Competence with AI-driven content and research tools, using them thoughtfully to enhance productivity, gather insights and elevate output without compromising originality or brand tone.

  • Awareness of industry trends and competitor messaging, with the ability to adapt quickly to shifts in culture, digital behaviour or fashion relevance.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in editorial work, ecommerce, PR, copywriting, translation or related fields.
