English IT Support Engineer

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

• Installs, Configures, identifies issue and troubleshooting on client Operation system and application.
• Support end user Account, Software/Hardware, Mobile Device, Printer, Soft-Phone issue etc. based on standard procedures.
• Records and documents incident activity appropriately, dispatches unresolved tickets to next level support team timely.
• Communication with end users in time, updates progress, status and solution, notifies changes/outages.

Requirements:

• Bachelors, degrees or above; Science Major or has interest on Computer is preferred.
• Proficiency in oral and written English communication.
• Familiar with Wintel, iOS and Office application. Has basic Network knowledge. Fast learning ability.
• Has customer service sense consciousness, patience and good at communicating with customers.
• Experience as a Service Desk or related IT is an advantage.
• Pleasant personality, has teamwork spirit, and ability to work under pressure.
