Test Engineer III

Our team is expanding, and we are currently hiring a Test Engineer III to work-on site in our Beverly, MA corporate office. This role will contribute to the effective management of the environmental, health and safety program at Axcelis’ semiconductor equipment manufacturing facility in Location.

Responsibilities:

  • Designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment for all phases of product development and manufacturing.
  • Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products.
  • Plans the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree is required.
  • Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of professional work experience.
  • Candidate must have the ability to read, write, comprehend and speak English sufficiently well to perform job functions.

U.S. BASE SALARY RANGE

$94,960.30 - $142,440.45

This base salary range reflects the typical compensation for this role across U.S. locations.

Our salary ranges are determined by role and level; individual pay is determined based on

multiple factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, work

location, and internal equity. The range provides the opportunity for growth and progression as

you develop within the role.

Base pay is one part of our U.S. total compensation package which includes eligibility in the

Axcelis Team Incentive bonus plan, and comprehensive benefits package (for regular

employees working 20+ hours a week).
