Key Responsibilities
Serve as the technical liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve product quality issues and inquiries.
Support Quality Engineers with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality notifications.
Investigate product, test, and process issues across multiple product lines and business units using schematics, diagrams, procedures, and verbal or written instructions.
Perform hands-on evaluations, including inspections, testing, measurements, data collection, failure analysis, and support of customer returns (RMA).
Travel periodically (~10%) to the Montana manufacturing site to learn processes, support investigations, and collaborate with site teams.
Document test results, findings, and conclusions clearly in reports, databases, logbooks, procedures, and customer-facing communications.
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Customer Support to drive timely resolution of quality issues.
Follow established quality systems and procedures while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Comply with all safety, health, and security requirements; maintain a clean and safe work environment; attend required training; report hazards or incidents; and use equipment and protective gear properly.
Develop familiarity with current manufacturing and engineering processes.
Perform product rework as required based on testing outcomes.
Other Requirements: This is a physically demanding position that often requires standing for extended periods of time, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, climbing stairs and ladders, lifting, the ability to distinguish between colors, the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise, the use of hand and power tools, and driving or operating heavy machinery including forklifts.
Additionally, because this position may involve working in a clean room, the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields may be required.

NoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
