We are seeking an Engineering Team Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering organization responsible for delivering end-to-end robotic and intralogistics solutions. In this role, you will guide engineering execution from early concept through commissioning, ensuring technical excellence across software, mechanical design, controls, and system integration.
You will play a central role in shaping system architectures, governing engineering quality, mentoring technical leads, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.
