Your Role
Lead and develop a team of System Engineers through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
Drive Agile practices and deliver high-quality system solutions
Collaborate globally to overcome technical challenges and innovate
Manage resource planning and team development aligned with business needs
Build and maintain visual performance metrics for transparency and quality
Your Background
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field
Proven experience in people management and coaching
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to thrive in a global organization
Nice to Have
Experience in automotive systems engineering
3+ years of team management experience
Knowledge of automotive development processes and standards
