We are seeking an experienced Engineering Systems Specialist (m/f/d).

Role purpose

The Engineering Systems Specialist provides hands on operational support for engineering applications and integrations. The role focuses on ensuring stable day to day operation of CAD, PLM, PDM and CAE tools, while supporting controlled upgrades, system improvements and global engineering IT standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first and second level support for engineering applications (SolidWorks, COMOS, ECTR and related tools)
• Diagnose and resolve incidents across integrated engineering systems
• Support and monitor integrations between engineering systems and ERP platforms
• Perform routine system checks, configuration changes, updates and patches
• Manage licensing, user access and permissions
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base content
• Deliver user training and onboarding for engineering tools
• Support upgrade projects and vendor coordination
• Provide backup support for other regions as part of global coverage

Required experience and qualifications

• Experience supporting engineering, CAD or PLM systems in an enterprise environment
• We are also open to candidates who are currently key users of these systems, demonstrating a strong curiosity and interest in IT.
• Practical understanding of integrated application landscapes
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Service oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Experience working in an international or multi-site organisation

Language requirements

• Fluent in English, written and spoken (required)
• German language skills are an advantage, but not required

Location: Krásná Lípa, Czechia - The candidate will be primarily based at the office, with the possibility of remote work after the onboarding phase (up to 2 days per week).
