An exciting Engineering Support Technician opportunity exists at Raytheon to support our CAD layout and assembly teams within the RF Microelectronics/Module Design & Foundry Services Department. This department develops, designs, and manufactures compound semiconductor devices, microwave/millimeter-wave integrated circuits, and modules for defense applications.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide CAD layout support to the MMIC and Module Design Teams
  • Provide assembly support to the MMIC and Module Design Teams
  • Clean and build test fixtures
  • Support rework of modules
  • Inventory parts/equipment

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post High School training) with less than 2 years experience with CAD layout & assembly teams.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The salary range for this role is 36,000 USD - 66,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
