Engineering Project Administrator and Document Control
We have a rewarding opportunity for an Engineering Project Administrator and Document Control person to join our team in Brecksville, OH!
As our Engineering Project Administrator and Document Control person you will review completed test data for completeness and accuracy. You will be responsible for updates to logs, databases as well as generation and distribution of monthly quality metrics. You will maintain files of scanned test data and completed build packages for products and support the engineers in assignment distribution. You will have strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure data and assignments are handled with accuracy.
Location: Brecksville, OH
Salary: $ 19.00 to $25.00 per hour

Your Challenge:
Support Project Manager and field personnel during relief valve survey conducted onsite at petrochemical plant
Prepare and maintain comprehensive status list of all valves during the project
Submit progress reports using data from valve list
Track all valve and equipment data submitted by field personnel
Gather valve and equipment data from client files
Data entry and document upload with accuracy to web-based engineering software
Coordinate data exchanges with client & assign work to engineers
Submit final report packages to client for approval
Serve as liaison between client and project team
Collaborate within department to maximize time available for project work while still contributing to overall process & product improvements
Suggest continuous improvements to processes, software and customer service
Travel to project sites for data collection
What you Bring:
Proficient in MS Office, specifically MS Excel and MS Office
Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking required to: manage large volume of data collected, track action items, maintain project work/correspondence files, and balance daily workload among multiple projects
Effective use of both verbal and written communications with internal and external customers
Ability to work on multiple projects at once to meet deadlines
General understanding of basic financial accounting (sales, expenses, accruals)
Effective time management skills
Resourceful in use of available tools & time
Creative approach to solving problems
Strong attention to detail
Past experience in document and data management
Familiarity with how a service company works is helpful but not required. Past experience with service-oriented company is a plus.
Familiarity with process and instrumentation equipment is helpful, but not required
