Responsibilities:
Program & Project Coordination
Oversees multiple projects within a large-scale program, driving engineering development and implementation of products or service offerings across functions.
Planning & Resource Management
Develops support requirements for assigned projects, including NRE, IUR and sample plans, and schedules, ensuring alignment with project development needs.
Team & Progress Oversight
Coordinates activities of project teams, monitors progress against established plans, reports outcomes, and recommends adjustments to program leadership.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
Project communications such as status, and actions tracking. Facilitates project system team meetings, provides updates of actions, DCR, and maintains project documentation.
Quality Management
Leads platform quality via internal review program to support development system evaluation and quality assurance.
Documentation & Schedule Control
Manages project schedules, documentation, and DCR to maintain status accuracy and compliance with project plan commitments.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
5 years above experience of project/program management.
Knowledge and Skills:
Using project planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.
Ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of organization and company product and service offering development process.
Knowledge of project and program methodology, resource allocation plans, budgets, and requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and Mandarin.
Ability to effectively communicate development plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options.
