Who we are
Engineering Excellence & Intelligence (EEI) exists to accelerate Silent‑Aire North‑America Engineering through AI‑first methods, robust digital solutions, disciplined process creation and governance, and data‑driven decisioning—integrating change, intelligence, solutions, and innovation/compliance into one cohesive operating system.
· People-first augmentation: AI amplifies human expertise, not replaces it.
· Compliance-by-design: Standards and certifications (e.g., Intertek) are built into processes and tools.
· Digital thread: PLM ↔ SAP ↔ Data Lake ↔ CoLab form a reliable end-to-end flow.
· Relentless improvement: Measure, learn, and iterate—continuously.
