招聘岗位介绍: 

全面负责园区设施设备运维 

岗位具体内容： 

• 有效管理园区运营和维护，确保所有程序、流程和客户要求及时高效地进行； 
• 负责其余办公室的安保工作

• 管理指定的检查计划，包括节年度35KV电试、防台防汛管理、防寒防冻管理、和风险管理程序； 

• 有效监管工程部运营、预算计划与监督 

• 制定与监督工程团队 BPD 发展与推进 

• 熟悉SOP/placard等流程； 

• 有丰富的应急响应经验，能及时处理各种紧急突发状况； 

• 给团队提供设备维修支持和项目技术支持 

• 有良好的沟通、协调和团队管理经验； 
• 完成付款及订单等流程

岗位要求： 

• 建筑、机械、电气工程类教育背景，工程技术专业大专以上或同等学历； 

• 10年以上设施管理经验，例如暖通空调、泵、空气压缩机等，数据中心服务经验，制造或研发中心的工程相关 PM 背景优先； 

• 有很强的沟通能力和团队管理能力，能够领导团队识别根本原因并提出解决方案； 

• 具有很强的现场突发事件应对能力； 

• 良好的英语书面和口语能力； 

• 能够在压力和具有挑战性的任务下工作。
