At Auterion, we are establishing the global standard for autonomous flight. We bridge the gap between high-end software and cutting-edge hardware to solve the world's most complex robotics challenges. Our Munich branch focuses on Defense Applications, developing the core technologies that define the next generation of mission-critical drone platforms.
As Engineering Manager, Hardware, you will lead an interdisciplinary team driving the design and development of next-generation drone platforms. You will take full-lifecycle ownership of complex systems for military and defense applications, taking products from initial concept and prototyping through to high-volume mass production.
In close collaboration with our Zurich-based core engineering team, you will develop sophisticated, deployable, and mission-ready defense solutions, transforming our core technologies into specialized tactical assets. Your team will develop advanced systems such as interceptors, launch platforms or reconnaissance drones, as well as quadcopters for defense applications.
