As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of high-performing engineers in Bucharest responsible for the critical "first mile" of the Bolt Delivery ecosystem. You’ll tackle complex architectural and scaling challenges, from building frictionless, self-service onboarding journeys to engineering the automated pipelines that transform a new merchant lead into a live, revenue-generating partner in record time.

Your team will collaborate closely with Product and Operations leaders to drive a data-informed roadmap that directly optimizes merchant acquisition costs and accelerates market velocity. You’ll guide the team toward a strategic vision of "onboarding at scale," ensuring high engineering standards and robust system reliability for a platform that serves over 6 million customers and 50 thousand merchants internationally. By automating operational readiness, your team will be the primary engine enabling Bolt Food and Bolt Market to scale seamlessly into new territories.
